New Development in Cancelada, Estepona on the Costa del Sol

The main coastal town west of Marbella, Estepona’s charming town centre and beachside setting have made it increasingly popular in recent times. Estepona has also been undergoing a beautification processs and is one of the rising stars of the Costa del Sol. The centre of this typically Andalusian town draws you in with its charming pedestrian streets, quaint squares and atmospheric restaurants and cafés, while the seaside promenade that runs alongside a broad sandy beach is now being extended to link the town with the marina area. The latter is the site of stylish frontline beach apartments with spectacular sea views, and just inland a suburb of villas and large townhouses. Further west, new developments in the form of upmarket projects such as The Island and The Edge are creating a new focus of urban growth in attractive beachfront and hillside settings.
